The Llano County Community Center ("LCCC," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing quality events, programs, products, and services while supporting our nonprofit mission. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations may be available for purchases made through our website or directly through the Community Center.

By purchasing tickets, merchandise, services, or making donations through our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law, all sales are considered final.

Refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations are granted only in accordance with this policy or at the sole discretion of the Llano County Community Center.

2. Event Tickets and Registrations

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, tickets and event registrations are non-refundable.

If an event is postponed, purchased tickets will generally be honored for the rescheduled date.

If an event is canceled by the Llano County Community Center and is not rescheduled, purchasers may be offered one of the following:

  • A full refund;

  • A credit toward a future event;

  • The opportunity to convert the ticket purchase into a charitable donation to support the Community Center.

The method of resolution will be determined based on the nature of the event and any applicable agreements with performers, promoters, or event partners.

LCCC is not responsible for expenses incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, lodging, meals, or other incidental costs resulting from event changes or cancellations.

3. Merchandise

If merchandise is offered through this website, eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery or purchase.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, merchandise must:

  • Be unused and in substantially original condition;

  • Include original packaging when practical;

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale merchandise;

  • Customized or personalized items;

  • Digital products or downloadable content;

  • Gift cards or gift certificates;

  • Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or normal wear.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged.

4. Facility Rentals

Refunds and cancellations relating to facility rentals are governed by the terms of the applicable rental agreement.

Rental deposits, cancellation deadlines, rescheduling options, and administrative fees will be outlined within the executed rental contract.

5. Donations

As a nonprofit organization, charitable donations directly support the programs, services, and operations of the Llano County Community Center.

Donations are generally considered voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.

If you believe a donation was submitted in error, duplicated unintentionally, or processed incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the circumstances and make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter.

6. Sponsorships

Payments made for sponsorships, advertising opportunities, vendor spaces, or promotional packages may be governed by separate written agreements.

Unless otherwise provided in writing, sponsorship payments become non-refundable once promotional materials have been produced, advertising has commenced, or sponsorship benefits have been provided.

7. Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Merchandise

If you receive merchandise that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify LCCC within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.

When appropriate, we may request photographs or additional information to evaluate the issue.

Upon verification, LCCC may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item;

  • Exchange the item;

  • Repair the item, when practical;

  • Issue a full or partial refund.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution or payment provider to process the transaction.

LCCC is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions, payment processors, or credit card companies.

Any transaction fees retained by third-party payment processors may be non-refundable where permitted by law or by the processor's policies.

9. Exceptions

Nothing contained in this Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies that may be available under applicable federal or Texas law.

LCCC reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions to this policy when circumstances warrant.

10. Changes to this Policy

The Llano County Community Center reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
