  • Power Service: Choice of 30-amp or 50-amp, plus standard 120V outlets

     

Community Center RV Sites​

  • Total Sites: 8 full-hookup sites

  • Location: Directly beside the Community Center

  • Power Service: 2 sites with 50-amp service; 6 sites with 30-amp service

  • Large Meeting Room & Kitchen: Full-size space with kitchen access for major events

  • Small Meeting Room & Kitchen: Compact space with kitchen access for smaller gatherings

  • Barn with Bathrooms: Rustic event space equipped with on-site restrooms

  • Large Room (Dance): Open layout ideal for dances, trade shows, and receptions

  • Event Parking Area: Dedicated space for full-facility rentals, festival setups, vendor staging, and large-scale grounds use (separate from standard parking)

  • Included Amenities: Tables and chairs are provided with all rentals

  • Meeting Room (Hourly): Flexible space available for short-term hourly rentals (See hourly rental booking below↓)
     

Rental Policies & Deposits

  • Deposit: Equal to 1 day's rental fee required

  • Rates & Availability: Rates vary by facility. Check Calendar for Availability

Alcohol & Security Requirements

​

  • Alcohol Insurance: Proof of alcohol liability insurance required at least 10 days prior

  • Security Guard: Events with alcohol and 40+ guests require an off-duty peace officer ($50/hr, prepaid)

  • Additional Rules: Extra security requirements may apply based on event scope

Hourly Meeting Room Rentals

  • Booking Structure: Rented strictly by the hour, independent of full-day venue reservations (unless a full day has been booked for the meeting room)

  • Capacity & Fit: Flexible layouts suitable for small business meetings, workshops, or private gatherings

  • Deposit Policy: Requires a deposit equal to the total hours booked
