Book our versatile space for your next event, with rustic charm with modern amenities. For hourly rentals of the meeting room please see our services page. Deposit is included in the price. Deposit will be returned upon inspection of booked facility.
Cancellation Policy
All room reservations require a completed contract on file prior to purchase. You may choose one of the following submission methods: Download & submit PDF — Download the contract, fill it out, and submit it electronically. Print & mail contract — Download and print the contract, then mail the completed form to our P.O. Box. Schedule in‑person completion — Call to assign a date to complete and submit the contract in person. Bookings cannot be finalized until one of these contract options is completed. To reschedule or cancel please contact us no later than 30days prior to your appointment.
